Taught by Mariana San Martín and Margarita Ribas Groeger, students had the opportunity to take Spanish III (21G.793) and Advanced  Spanish Communication (21G.795) in the Spanish capital, live with a host family, and immerse themselves in Spanish life and culture.

Guided visits to the Prado and Reina Sofía museums, walking tours of the city, strolls in the Retiro Park and several culinary outings complemented the academic component of the courses.
