Do you want to learn about what’s happening @MIT that’s related to Japan? Do you want to go to Japan for an internship/research opportunity or study abroad? Do you want to study the Japanese language, or learn about subjects related to Japan? Join us in person at Bush Room 10-105 at 4:30PM, April 29th (ET) to find out!

Event will start with an introduction from our MIT faculty and one invited diplomatic official, followed by presentations on Japanese culture courses and Japanese language minor. Global Languages senior lecturer Takako Aikawa will also talk on MIT’s Japanese language curriculum and its direction at MIT, including a new Japanese course and the licensed experiment courses.

The second half of the event will be presented by MISTI. Content will cover exciting opportunities such as MIT-Japan internships, studying abroad in Japan and exchange programs with University of Tokyo and Tokyo Tech. There will be Kahoots game with Prize for fun following the presentation! Free food will also be offered as you leave the event with excitement and loads of information!

In the middle and the end of the event, attendees will be given chance for Q&A for their questions.
