The event will feature short presentations and conversations from the realms of science, innovation, and culture, embedded in a larger networking context, enabling YOU to forge connections with experts with direct ties to Germany.

  • Marc Filerman will moderate
  • Consul General Dr. Sonja Kreibich will open the event
  • Fiona Mack
    VP and Head of Bayer’s Co.Lab in Cambridge Fiona Mack will share her experience as a leader in one Germany’s most innovative companies, as well as trends in oncological drug discovery in the U.S. and Germany.
  • Mridul Agrawal and Marc Filerman
    Physician, scientist and healthcare entrepreneur Mridul Agrawal and Managing Partner at German Accelerator Life Sciences Marc Filerman will exchange their experiences with Germany as a hub for healthcare and startup innovation and entrepreneurship.
  • Amy Finstein and Mark Roemisch
    Amy Finstein, Assistant Professor of Architectural History at College of the Holy Cross; and Mark Roemisch, Architectural Photographer and German Lecturer at MIT Global Languages; will discuss the famous German ‘Bauhaus’ architectural style based on examples in New England.

Entrances to building

All entrances to Building 32 (Stata Center) are open until 7pm. To enter after 7pm use the main entrance near the Collier Memorial (the entrance closest to the corner of Vassar and Main Streets). Those doors will be unlocked.
