Majors: Biological Engineering (Course 20) and Biology (Course 7)

As a heritage speaker, learning Chinese has been a way for me to connect with my culture and my roots (and an excuse to watch Chinese shows and movies; I really enjoyed Dying to Survive (我不是药神) and Hi, Mom (你好,李焕英)). I am also part of the Lion Dance Group to experience traditions first-hand and celebrate major holidays with others. I would highly recommend diving into languages and culture at MIT where the support and the community really enhances the experience!
