Brice Kapel, Franco-Togolese singer and composer, performed via Zoom and answered questions for Leanna Rezvani’s French students March 9.

On February 4th, Leanna Rezvani and her students attended a concert by Vent du Nord, at the Crystal Ballroom at Somerville Theatre. The group is a leading force in Quebec’s progressive francophone folk movement.

Maria Khotimsky’s Russian class takes a trip to the Museum of Russian Icons. They are pictured with Dr. Curt Woolhiser, who taught Russian II at MIT in Spring 2022. Curt conducted a traditional musical instrument demonstration.

Buddhist teacher Willa Blythe Baker spoke May 5 as part of the T.T. and W.F. Chao Distinguished Buddhist Lecture Series.
